First, let me put your mind at ease for whoever is reading this... It is a legit company with a physical office in central PJ. This is my first time using an agency to acquire our helper but Tanya has made it really easy. Tanya and the staff at this agency were professional, efficient and most importantly honest. They are also one of the more affordable agencies I've come across but remains of good quality. I can't vouch for the actual candidates you get (that is not in anyone's control anyway sometimes is just luck - but an interview and asking lots of questions helps) but in terms of integrity and professionalism in an agent yes they are good. I chose this Agency by luck when I was given a list of Agencies approved by the Indonesian Embassy. We were not aware of all the latest changes and requirements by the Indonesian Embassy and Malaysian Immigration for maid's passport renewal and work permit renewal. Deadline was looming and Ms. Lihar was a great help in advising us through the paperwork to meet all the requirements, answering all my questions even after her office hours and handling our maid's passport renewal whilst we were overseas. Definitely a customer service oriented agency 👍🏼

I was referred to this agency by my brother to resolve a somewhat complicated state of affairs pertaining to my Filipino domestic help.

Upon her return to the Philippines from Mecca (for her Haj), she was prevented from flying back to Malaysia by the immigration there after they observed that her Contract of Employment with me had expired.

In fairness, the Philippines immigration acted correctly.

This was clearly an oversight on my part.

Be that as to may, within a period of 2 weeks, the agency, vide Ms Tan, sorted out all the documentation, and my domestic help was allowed to fly back by the end of same.

I would highly recommend this agency not only for their sheer professionalism, but for their constant showing of sincere empathy and updates (without even any prompting from my end).
